Comments: Three years after the events of Patlabor, the second section investigates a new and terrible event: the bombing of the Bay Bridge in Yokohama. The various political, military and social accuse each other of wanting to wreak havoc throughout Japan. In an atmosphere of tension and proven social divide, the army goes out dangerously increasing temperature. The second section finds that behind all these incidents are a conspiracy to encunetra threatens to destabilize the Far East. The outbreak of another civil war in Japan is only a matter of time unless someone gets unmask the conspirators. Includes photo gallery, trailers, production notes and cards.
